About the Journal

Transactions on Computational Modeling and Intelligent Systems (TCMIS) is an international, biannual, peer-reviewed journal devoted to the dissemination of high-quality research in computational modeling, intelligent systems, and their applications across science, engineering, and industry. The journal aims to advance the state of the art by encouraging the integration of theory, algorithms, and real-world validation.

Aim and Scope
The journal aims to serve as a multidisciplinary forum for the publication of rigorous and comprehensive computational studies that leverage intelligent techniques and are grounded in real-world relevance. Submissions are expected to demonstrate methodological depth, computational rigor, and, where applicable, validation through empirical data, case studies, or real-life applications.

TCMIS invites original research and review articles in, but not limited to, the areas: Computational modelling and simulation; mathematical modelling of complex systems; agent-based modelling; system dynamics; multi-scale models; fractional calculus; numerical analysis; machine learning; data-driven modelling; neural networks; metaheuristics; adaptive control; learning-based control; AI-driven decision support; optimal control; nonlinear control systems; robust control systems; dynamical systems; stability analysis; simulation-based optimization; deterministic/ stochastic decision models; supply chain modelling; logistics systems; production systems modelling.

Authors are encouraged to submit papers that not only contribute to the theoretical or algorithmic development but also demonstrate practical implications or implementations. Special consideration is given to studies that include computational experimentation, sensitivity analysis, or cross-validation using real-world datasets or industry-based scenarios.

2025-08-20

The editorial team of Transactions on Computational Modelling and Intelligent Systems (TCMIS) is pleased to announce the launch of this new international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal. We invite high-quality original research articles, review papers, and technical notes for publication in upcoming issues.

TCMIS focuses on the theoretical development, computational modeling, and intelligent system design in a wide range of scientific and engineering domains. The journal provides a platform for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to share innovative contributions in (but not limited to):

  • Computational modelling of complex systems
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning applications
  • Applied mathematics and fractional calculus
  • Optimization and decision support systems
  • Simulation and data-driven modeling
  • Soft computing techniques
  • Hybrid intelligent systems
  • Applications in industry, healthcare, transportation, energy, logistics, and beyond

The journal aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice by encouraging submissions that demonstrate methodological rigor as well as practical relevance.

Why Publish with TCMIS?

  • International and interdisciplinary editorial board
  • Rigorous peer-review process
  • Rapid online publication with a DOI number
  • No submission or publication fees
  • Open-access visibility and indexing in progress

We warmly invite researchers and practitioners to submit their manuscripts through our online system:
https://tcmis.org/index.php/files/about/submissions

The manuscripts must be prepared according to the Author Guidelines and submitted through the online journal management system by 15th September 2025. All papers will go through a rigorous peer-reviewing process (by at least two independent reviewers), and accepted papers will be published in the first issue scheduled in October 2025

Let your work reach a global audience and contribute to the advancement of computational and intelligent systems research.

Submit today and be part of the inaugural issues of TCMIS!
